Hi, I came in for a review after two weeks to test my wifi and bluetooth connection. Before the repair , both would sometimes work and sometimes not . The options would even disappear completely. I ask the technician about the drivers because i saw on Internet about it , but the technician here says that he tried to install those drivers but the issue was still there. He then suggested replacing the WiFi card entirely, and I agreed to proceed. Alhamdulillah , after 2 weeks , I’ve had no issues with my WiFi or Bluetooth at all.
